What’s important to notice, is that programs like eHow can change at any time. Sure you “sign” a contract which should theoretically protect you as well as the company providing the program. But if you read them closely you will find clauses which allow them to change everything on a whim …

Of course there are other programs like e.g. hubpages, …. you could switch, are don’t but all eggs into one basket …

But don’t forget these companies providing this services, which includes Google, Facebook, Twitter, … are not NGOs. Their goal is to make money. If they do not make money, they will change their strategy … You would/should do the same …
